What carry positions does the COMPLETE carrier offer?
The COMPLETE™ has 6 carry positions:
Fetal (front carry, wide seat)

When can I back carry my child in the COMPLETE?
The back carry position is a game changer when it comes to babywearing, but it's important not to use it until your baby is ready! Here are a few checks to help you know when it's time. Baby should:
1. be at least 6 months old.
2. be large enough to sit comfortably in the widest seat setting on your carrier. This means that they are fully supported from knee to knee, with full range of motion at the knee.
3. be able to support their head independently.

Are your carriers suitable for plus-size and petite parents?
LÍLLÉbaby strives to offer products that fit a wide range of body types!
Plus-size parents: The waist belt on our COMPLETE™ carriers measures at about (132cm) 52” at its fullest length. We also offer a waist belt extension strap that adds an additional 22cms( 9inch)
Petite parents: Our carriers are highly adjustable for petite sizes. The shoulder straps on our soft structured carriers can be crossed on the back, which adds a few additional inches of adjustability on either side. The webbing on our structured carriers have elastic at the ends so any overage of webbing can be stowed away if not needed.

When can I wear my baby forward facing?
We recommend that parents wait until baby is six months old or more before using the forward facing position. At this time, baby has the necessary head and neck control, torso control, spinal development, and hip development to ensure this position can be used safely.
Always monitor baby's behavior when in the forward facing position, and turn them inwards when they indicate that they are done facing out or when they start to fall asleep

What is LÍLLÉbaby's warranty policy?
LÍLLÉbaby warrants that our products are free from manufacturing defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. We stand behind all of our products and will replace a defective product, free of charge, during the first 12 months after purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Normal wear, fabric fading, normal variations in fabric, and small threads that remain from the sewing process are not considered manufacturing flaws and are not covered under the warranty.
LÍLLÉbaby will not be held responsible for warranty coverage if the product has been altered in any way. This warranty only applies to the original owner of the product and to products purchased from an authorised retailer in Australia. The limited warranty period also applies to any implied warranties that may exist under applicable law.
